A Loves Blossoms

There was a time I was alone
Like a wind swept petal from a rose
No one to share my dreams or fears
Nothing but a tiny thorn and droplets of tears

You swept my heart away
A gentle breeze to sway astray
Your vibrant smile, clear blue eyes, and soft voice
My heart melted, fluttered, than stopped with rejoice

There was a look sincere, but true
You made my heart sing a new tune
Lust and desire impacting our hearts
A storybook rormance, playing a new part

I remember we held each other with passions soaring
Waves of delicate, thundering, roaring
Cupid's arrow hit us with hard force desire
Out thoughts on future adoration and admire

We married with those feeling still at hand
A flower to flower that blossoms on demand
We couldn't get enough of each other
Trust and strength helped us endure for one another

We have had our moments of bitterness and pain
Cries of sorrow, frustration and guiltless shame
Dealing with inadequacies and unconditional love
We fought our way through to our trueness over and above

At times our selfish amibitions we tried to demand
A friendship of continuous trials, again and again
We clung to our strong, tempered spirits
Our relationship lasted and grew to high merits

Undying commitment and true love to last
We will look upon our future and remember the past
Undying commitment and honest giving
Like a rose to bloom, a marriage of continual living
