litigation of love

Your honor, you have before you
Not merely a case of hit and run,
But a callous wretch who returned to the scene
leaving tire tracks all over my client's heart.
Oh, he'll tell you it was an accident,
and minimize the role he played in her fall---
but fall she did, and she fell hard...
   and ladies and gentlemen----
   he meant it to happen!
And now, he wishes to throw himself on the mercy of this court,
pleading that he never meant to steal her heart.
Right jack---and he failed to notice her soul,
tied to his front bumper like Bambi's mom?
Sure guy. And you, the jury have no choice
but to find him blantantly, and flagrantly guilty
   of felony heart break in,
   reckless loving,
and seduction with intent to thrill...
