Sugar

I want to coat your world with sugar
drench your forests with mallowcreme
chocolate-dip your mountains
pour honey in your seas
confectionate your meadows
sprinkle sugar in your trees
freeze the perfect rainbow
for your summer's delicacy
I want to mold your stars with liquid gold
from melted butter rum
and throw them up into your sky
each gleaming with my love
I want to frost your moon like lemon pie
with sweet peaks of frothy whites
and add to your sky a hundred puffs
of gooey marsh delights
I want to fill your sun with nectar
dip my finger in 'til sweet
then, stir 'til thick and bubbly
and set the rays to heat
I want to pick the sweetest ,plumpest berries
the earth has ever grown
and squish them 'til pure-blue magic
runs between my toes
then, take this gorgeous, fluid hue
and fill a candy straw
so I can blow you a sky of grandeur
with a scent and taste to awe!
