You used to be just a name without a face
but then you let me hear the songs of your heart,
and let me read the poems of your mind,
and let me watch the stories of your life.
With every song, poem, and story
you filled the emptiness of my soul.
today you're still a name without a face
but a name which will bring a smile to my lips,
a twinkle in my eyes, a longing in my heart.
a name i will never, ever, forget.
