Thank you for the kind words in all my times of need
For listening to me when no one's taking heed
Thank you for the poems, though they weren't for me,
At least you told me why and how they came to be
I thank you for the *winks*s, the *laughs*s, the *smiles*s and *sighs*s
For all the questions asked, the wheres, the whens and whys
For every story told and every heartaches bared
Thank you for the websites and softwares that you shared

I thank you for your views and your suggestions too
That Rembrandt's song of old I used to love so true
That birthday card you sent has brought me much delight
Thank you for the sleep tights after we say goodnight
Thank you for the thank you's and all apologies
Secrets that you told me and all the memories
But best of all my friend, thank God you're not a mute!
At least someone did say some of my poems are cute...
