candlelights on water

hearts like candlelights upon
the sea
reflect
through skies of cellophane
a calming glow. The faintest
    hint of breeze
      can stir the patterns
           of the seas
       the patterns of our lives
    a summer night wind blows
  another lovelight dies.

lover hold our hearts above
    the sea
        as one
we were meant to
     shine together
brighter than the stars
let the night surround us
again the storm has found us
   shining stronger and forever
as the sun.
