rhetorical

would you like a squirming rainbow in your arms
would you like lots of gold in pots and pans
thoughts of some forgotten man to heal you
would you cut a deal to make it pass from dreams
to real
would you feel like a million bucks
attribute it to stupid luck
or consequences beyond control
would you pay the toll, throw the dime into the basket
driving fast, not waiting for the gate to rise
would you see my soul if you looked into my eyes
would you be surprised
would i resemble someone you left a long time ago
for reasons undefined
would you be scared
would it make your hair stand up on end
would you think that i was just pretending
so i could win the prize
would you deny trying
would you stop yourself from sighing
would you help replace the binding on my favorite book
would you take a peek inside
would you swallow pride
both yours and mine
would you take some time
would you forgive with patience
would latent electricity fuel you
would i fool you into thinking that you're everything
would everything be turned upside down
would curiosity get the best
would you test me
would you ever try to best me
would you second guess the motives
would you tie me to the tracks
would you leave me there and never ever look back
would you pack my things and throw them to the wind
would you understand that it's never too late to begin
again
would you be my friend
would you let it end on a sour note
let taps be our last song
would you long for evolution
would you offer some solution
if pollution sinks it's teeth into our world
would you be my only lover girl
would you limit rain to aid in growth
would flooding cause your heart too much harm
would you like a squirming rainbow in your arms
