I Find it Funny

I find it funny.
That the more I am attracted to someone.
The more likely I am to choke
At just the wrong moment.

I find it funny.
That most people date people
that don't really interest them
Just to get the practice
Breaking hearts.

I find it funny.
That the harder you chase someone
the more likely they are to run
And never look back

I find it funny
That they harder you run from someone
the more likely they are
to never take you back

I find it funny
That the people who show love the most
look for people that show love the least
and both get upset when
it doesn't work out.

I find it funny
That most people eventually end up
giving up on finding the right one
and ending up
with right -- for right now

I find it funny
that a few people refuse
to give up
on the wrong one
and end up
missing the right one

I find it funny
that sometimes people refuse
to lose
and never play
and never win

I find it funny
that sometimes people play
to lose
and somehow
win

I find it funny
that the best players play
to love loving itself
and somehow
they always at least break even

I find it all funny
love doesn't make any sense
it's not math, which I am good at
in fact that explains everything

I find that funny.
But not as funny as Kim Wu.
Love is funny Kim.
and for being so funny
and being so troo
