Your Love

The eyes are the window
to the soul,
but sometimes Windex
isn't available, and 
smudgy pictures aren't that great.

A cracked mirror
makes a wavy reflection
hard to see,
and the TV cameras
add ten pounds to your weight.

If you weren't blessed
with 20/20 vision,
fuzzy images without
your glasses are no help.

You take the
   problem skin
   problem hair
   problematic moods
     brought on by too little
     to keep me occupied
and sweep them under the carpet.

Eyes may be the window to the soul,
but your love is the key to my perfection.
