Fragrance

OH, what a lovely day for me!
Flowers from someone special for me to see.

Yellow, red, purple, and pink hues aglow,
Wrapped in glittering tissue and tied with a bow.

I placed them in a vase of snow white,
Even in darkness, it is now daylight.

Spring has arrived here early this year,
The petals arched in a rainbow of prism-crystal clear.

A big hug and warm thoughts to you my friend,
For touching my heart so to you I send- - -


             A Silent Prayer
     Thank you dear Lord above for true friends,
     Who willingly give of their friendship with
     no strings attached.  Bless this true friend
     dear God, for he has blessed me with his love
     as You would want us to do.  Help me to love
     others as he as done for me.
