A Fools Confession

Come hear me now and listen to a "Fools Confession." A 
confession of deep desire. Of pulsating passion. A confession 
of love and the need to be loved.


A love that started out innocently enough but grew with every 
day, almost becoming an all-consuming fire. A fire that may 
have already destroyed what once was.


A fire that burns white hot with the need to be fed, yet hungers 
for so much more. A fire that reaches for that which is unobtainable 
and untouchable. Yet, it still reaches....


                       Reaches........And Prays


Prays for love to be returned. Prays to be seen and to finally be 
heard. To be wanted and desired as much as it wants and desires. 
But does not want to hurt....or be hurt.


Yet it has hurt, and is hurt, and cannot bare the pain. Knowing, 
all too well, that the burden must be carried for all eternity. 
Yet seeks forgiveness with this confession.


For this I confess to you, I am the fool. I am the one whose fire 
burns white hot with desire. Mine are the hands that reach out for 
you, yet know they cannot have you.


And mine is the love for you that shall always burn. Burn from now until 
all time ends.
