Darkness and Light
You shined a light into the darkness
in the corner something flinched in the light,
You being curious came closer and shined your light upon
a creature huddled up so tight.
You reached out and the creature slowly wearliy took hold of your soft and silky hand.
you lead him out of the darkness for you are love personified.
Your smile hypnotised the creature who had been so badly beaten and abused by lesser mortals.
Your Beauty enraptures him, so moved by your kind words and comfort.
Scars from the past on his heart simply dissappear in your gaze.
You gave him back his dignity and his pride which had been imprisioned by the deception of others.
You made him feel what it was to be a man again,
To be able to feel without fear to be able to walk in the light.
