Sonnet 1

Oh what dreary days are so swept away,
Thick of dust and clouded with hope in mourn,
By the uplifting light your eyes do sway.
Such that death is forgotten and life born,
Anew each moment felt in thy presence.
Tommorow, my dying wish, must be met
To experience thee, or else I will tense,
A torture my soul cannot bear nor let...
Thy glistening light preserves my courage
  For this life's unexpected challenges.
Sweep my days dust, and in return a wage
Of an eternal love my heart pledges.
Know that my love is strong beyond this earth,
And will continue after e'ry birth...
