A Love Letter To Him

My Darling Lover,

As I walk the garden today the trees whisper of you.
The Wild Cherry with it's sweet red tart flavor
Stain your mouth and my mind forever
With the passions that renew themselves
Over and over in pinks and reds.
The creamy white 'Steele Magnolia'
With it's wonderful smell and long lasting blooms
Us together no matter how hard it gets.
The Cork Screw Willow tree that lifts and falls so
Gracefully are all the times we've cried
And then laughed so hard, together and apart.
Winding our love, like clocks on shelves, into time.
And lastly, the young Maple tree with its strong wood,
The golden glow of our new fall together.
Giving strength to the winter that will be coming soon.
All this love in my garden today as I was thinking of you.

Always and forever,

Your B.K
