leaving in 2 days
She walks to the door
feeling akward by the day
"wait" he says "don't go in"
"well, i guess, okay"
He huggs her tight
like he has before
she smiles to him sweetly
then reaches for the door
he keeps his grip,
then leans his head
goes in for the kiss
"no" she said
"why not?" he fails to understand
her confusing ways
"you can not kiss me ben
you're leaving in two days".
"why would you say that?" he asks
"i can see it clear,
you're going back to her,
it was my only fear
but now i see just why
we are different cause i'm pure
you're tainted, so is she
so you're going back to her.
you'll regret it later
when she dumps you once more
but now you can not steal this kiss"
and then she slammed the door.
this is what i should have told him. I knew it
was coming, well, i knew he was leaving. but i
was ignorant. So, maybe he'll read this and see
that i should never have let him kiss me. He was
my first mistake. and i'm still paying for it now.
