crested its banks
in the dead of night
how about the fire that
raged unstoppable
torching acres of woodland
displacing too many souls
did u see the earthquake strike
destroying towns
shattering the earth
ending life
how about a gift of love
given free
from a soul too easily broken
by you or me
did u find this too strong
mixing souls ,life with one love?
think again
for how many souls
may one life save
we are all important
in our thousands
in our millions
in our one
