velvet

i met you in a dream once
sables and sanguines filled me up
an alien beneath my skin
boiling my blood, piercing my veins
are your sonorous voices, lightning
and eyes of cyanide,
tearing my mind apart
the fires scald my skin
your touch sears through my heart
screaming into the obscure night
i am numbed
     silenced
     restricted
by mere kisses
screaming for you
crawling beneath my velvet skin
with mysterious air and 
                      hanging words,
whispers in my ear
with suspenseful endings
saccharine kisses still ripe
                            on my lips
silent screams of corruption, deception
behind cinnamon eyes of innocence
the sound of your very breath
cracks open the sky
frees the golden sun of its bondage
brings it to my arms
  screaming for you
