1,000 words
A picture is like 1,000 words,
at least they always say.
Well, the picture I have of you
only brings up three.
Three special words that played
a key role in our bond.
But now, they mean nothing,
and you're gone.
Lost forever, leaving me behind.
These special words weren't true,
and left me feeling blind.
Feeling blind for having dreamed,
of a life so picture perfect.
But pictures aren't worth 1,000 words,
and love is never perfect.
