You

I've got this problem you see
And though I do know its my personal burden
I really thought you should know
After all, its only fair that I not suffer in silence.
You see
I heard you laugh again today
Right after I saw you smile
And it set off this feeling
This intense, all consuming
Knee quaking, body aching longing
To touch you

But oh dear lord
When I reached out my hand
And brushed the hair from your forehead
I felt this surge
A tsunami of desire
A firestorm of need
A longing, yearning electric compulsion to taste you
To savor the exotic flavor of your mouth

And oh dear God
When my lips touched yours
In a gentle, brushing kiss
My entire body clenched
In this delicious moment of pure fire
When my mind was lost in the heat, the RED
And I had this all consuming longing
This unresistable compulsion
To sweep you into my arms
And hold you tight
Perhaps in a tightness you'd never ever know before

But dear sweet lord
When I felt your weight in my arms
Heard your heartbeat against my chest
Felt your heated breath on my neck
My face flushed with passion, want
And the steel in my soul melted in an instant
Because you were exactly where you belonged
And you knew it
And I knew it
And ten thousand angels in heaven knew it
Beyond doubt

And oh dear lord
I've got this problem you see
and though I do know its my personal burden
I really thought you should know
This constant longing
This constant craving
This constant need
Has a smile, has a face
Has a laugh, has a taste
That is only you
Only you
You
