The Ocean…
Placing your feet in the soft, white sand
Feeling the warmth, wrapping gently around you skin
Closing your eyes, smelling the surf
Hearing the seagulls, cry
Walking at night, wind blowing through your hair
Looking at the stars, the immensity
Hearing the waves
Looking out the window, see the dark cloud
Scanning the beach, looking for the other day
Hearing the pounding
Seeing the sky weep
Standing in the rain
No more warmth…
No more seagulls…
