Living in the Now

I've looked to my past,
And wonder what I've done,
I've looked to my future,
And wonder what I'll do,
So now I'm looking at today,
Living in the now,
Letting my mind wander far and wide,
Cherishing this moment,
And just letting go of 
All my burdens,
Every hindrance,
All my pain,
Every fear,
Taking a breath,
And watching the sun set.
