the story of me and you
if i could hold on to a dream, i won't have to let you go
and keep my dreams for eternity, together me and you
but dreams do end... they go... even if we don't want them to
so now i must sleep, and hope... that i will dream, again, of you
if i could keep a fairytale and make them all come true..
i would keep you hear with me and spend my life with you.
but just like a fairytale i know that i can never have you!
for right now, you belong with him and me forever blue...
if i could accept reality, i would have stayed in love with you
accept that you were ment for him, and that is all so true
but i've gone blind, and i've been numb, heck.. it's nothing new
and so i chose to live this life, like a dream, a fairytale...
