I dreamt of you this afternoon I was not feeling well So I laid down for a short nap Suddenly I am in an old barn It is dark and shadowy Exept the bright lines where The rafters have fallen out I look across and I see that light Flashing through your icy eyes And I know that you want me At this point I am confused but overjoyed We walk towards each other the strange room spinning with every step As I get close enough, you hug me And I don't ever want to let go But eventually I awake hungry and feeling week So I struggle to the kitchen and wonder if This dream means anything more Than what I already know |
