I would do almost anything for you, almost anything you ask me to do. I would fight for you, but I am not going to fight you for you. I haven't the patience or the time to waste on a battle that I know I cannot win. You said you wanted to repair the relationship. To have it like it was before, how it was when we first met. But you have to show some effort not just say the words. Words can have so many different meanings. I don't think that you really know who you are or what you want. So how are you suppost to love and care about me? Are you ready to give all of the things that you are asking to receive? You just don't seem ready or willing to me. And I know that I cannot stay, so I will turn and walk away. I care for you more than words could ever say. But not enough to feel the pain, by letting you break my heart again. |
