shush of waves, foam silent, across the sand erasing every mark as we slowly stepped luminescence of moon so whole fluorescing blue this strand we walked our quiet audience of stars merrily flickering their mirth cause me to pause, to consider all this beauty so mirrored in you i dig a hole with bare big toe in the instant before it fills it flashes a thought past like a well gone bone dry my soul clinging to its side i was only awaiting a time to die till you brought back my life took what was fractured made it whole once more so on this night with beauty so far, far beyond words i think that my love for thee .......... as i stand to watch this hole fill its life with waters as my self was so filled by you so unable... to find... words to... explain i softly lift thy chin to give you the most gentle of kisses instead |
