Your friend asked me the other day how I was doing. And I told her...miserable. I've been miserable ever since you left me. The day you left me is the day I couldn't stop the tears from coming. The day you left me is the day a part of my heart was sealed off forever. She asked me if I had anyone special in my life too. I told her I did. Someone very special, but I'm afraid to let her in because of what happened between you and me. You talked to your friend the other day and she told you all of this. You called me the following day and demanded to know why I never told you that I was miserable without you. You said that we talk every day so you couldn't understand why I never told you about the way I was feeling and about this new person in my life. Well it's quite simple really why I never told you. You never cared to ask. So I didn't think you would care to listen. |
