Awakened, by the endurable  pain inside of these nightmares,
I shake, I can't get a hold of my self, crying so hard that I couldn't speak if I wanted to,
I am weakened and  feel faint,  
All these emotions are tormenting my sanity,
I am smothering,
Can't catch a breath,
Holding my  chest ,
I am finally able to scream out your name...
And in this shocking silence,
I remembered,

           You threw me away...
