Love is what we make of it True, the Bible does define There is more to it though More then most people quote All the things that some people leave out For example... Love is not jealous Love is not arrogant Does not seek its own Does not rejoice in unrighteousness But rejoices in truth Of course love is patient Love is kind But it does hurt But it also heals No matter how broken and beaten the heart Love never fails You are my love The love I waited for My first my last My only No smile No tear No laughter No pain Nothing I feel unless you first have felt Your strength Your weakness Your pride and fears When your are alone I am there In your dreams As you are also in mine I pray for you I thank God for you The giver of life The true and purist of love He alone can save you No greater love can any man give you You are my world My destiny The reason I awake The reason I smile You are the love of my life The sun, moon, and stars The rainbow And shooting star They are all just little bits of you I love you Always and forever |
