two leaves fall spinning in the wind dancing with eachother yet not together oh wind blow them together that they might dance and find completion as they spin toward the ground cruel wind why do you keep them apart why do you not send your breath and bring the two to one so they might dance and be happy why do you deny them this even as you send them to the ground fall leaves, fall alone find no other dance with none for the wind is cruel and has no heart fly to the ground poor leaves and be trampled never will you dance to rythym of the wind never will you spin with one another always alone spinning falling dying and all these things.....alone |
