I wonder what that horrid, superficial, tramp, would say, if she had been in the next room listening to our conversation. The Depth of your words, confiding in me that you didn't want to be with her, and that you didn't love her, and that there was never going to be anything permanent between you two. I wonder if she would be plunged into depression, hearing you admit that she doesn't even know you. And when you left... I said "I Love You!", you turned, looked into my my soul, with more emotion in your eyes than I had ever seen before and said... "I Love You!" I know that would have squeezed the blood from her veins... After all the pain she has caused us... I would have been simply gratified! |
