I could swear that you smiled at me as I quickly gazed upon your face and fought back a sob .......that caught in my throat as I made this ceremonial pass before you and gave you a mental salute ......then turned my back to all the velvet and flowers and your satin lined box .... smiled at all... and shed not a tear then walked away.... but it didn't mean ....I didn't care |
