It had been a crazy day where my son had expanded his mind in that creative scientific way and I had to clean up the explosion from the microwave and my daughter had stretched her ability to be strong willed to the point that I was going insane I looked at them I could see so much of myself in each of them as I questioned "Is this just a test?" but then the sun set I ran back to their rooms at midnight just to make sure they were still breathing and tucked them in gently as to not wake them it was a quiet moment when you look at them and know real unconditional love it was at that moment when I understood GRACE |
