NAKED STUTTER

weekly humpday
too hot moist day
old cheap clothes
sweat grimey tight
cares, work's done
you looking hotter
eyeing each other
just lit the broiler
why we wound-up
naked in hot bed

durned fly buzzes
get the flyswatter
a slip, lose footing
in lots of laughter
hot sweat dripping
between my breasts
in better inspiration
tango to the shower
a cool summer rain
finally descends

we happily laughing
bolt for a back door
hoping neighbors
are still at work
in their hot suits
cold air conditioning
something we left
long ago for this --
we dance naked
in the summer rain

their hot ride home
cursing lights, life
may recall naked
pasture dancing --
we, happier lovers
hug now for warmth
run inside for cover
in a naked stutter
goosebumps, a lust
heat again growing
