| What I wonder really makes us decide between one partner and another,what is that one special something they have that has such a life changing effect on us.They have in the majority of cases the equal number of required parts all be it in a variety of shapes and sizes.They all start out as relative strangers with peculiarities and defects yet somewhere along the way the special something is introduced.In most cases they don,t even know they have it yet its there.We wake one morning and realise that we need that"something",before we know it we need that"something" every second of every day yet we know not why.In my life I have truly loved two women,one haunts me to this day and I love her still.The other I should have stayed with but stupidly let go.Both made me feel alive when I was with them but the one had that "something".To this day I cannot put into words what that something was but if I wandered into a pub tonight and they were both there it would still be there.I have met the other love of my life occasionally over the years and the feelings have still been there in me but the "something" sadly wasn,t.The women I have met over the years have stayed friends and when we occasionally meet it,s nice to chat but when I look into thier eyes that "something" still isn,t there. |
