How could this happen this way... A person who cares, who shares his love Opens the door to my heart and step in. I'm lost for words for he was not invited, yet he came and made his bed with me. I'm lost for words, he's in love with me or so he says... My mind's turmoil eases...he makes me feel this way! I'm lost for words...my heart begins to stir... Lonely, afraid...to step in his doorway...for he's come to stay...this I pray! I want him but why, he's not here, he's far away... I want him cause I need him at this time... To touch his face, to tell him my name and not walk away. I need him to know my heart, my soul I want him to possess and set me free from the captive of my love... How can this be? He said he loves me...I said it too I love you... The words came easy, fell from my lips it landed and met the air that captured it! A new founded friend indeed, but why so far away... especially when I needed him here by me! Hoping that he'll heal my wounded heart and set me free to be... I believe I'm in love with a distant friend... |
