I knew that this day would come Then for sure it did My eyes are filled with joyful tears I'm so happy you've done it But still I can't help thinking This might be it, you leaving I'm trying to be happy But I've never known differently Than having you in my arms You are so far away now And I'll cry every night for you But silently You won't ever know how much I hurt And long for you to come back home to me Because the times when I see you However so rarely I will smile and hug you tight And kiss you like nothing has changed I'll be waiting for you Here with a broken heart |
