Just for today I'll sit back, relax and think on the week gone by... Just for today I'll forget all things past and far away... I'll reflect and reminisce on the many blessings and opportunities that came my way; what love has bestowed on me. I shall not think on negative things, I shall not worry... Today I'll be thankful for my loved ones, for the gift of life I wouldn't live to regret or be sorry, but putting away all strife...I'll be contented and joyous. For life is precious and irreplaceable...moments of laughter and picture perfect memories are golden times to freeze in memory's bank; worthwhile and priceless treasures stored for a lifetime! These things I count on...fulfilling each day with happiness... Living for today and doing all I can to make my day full and complete. Love brought me here for a purpose...Love's the reason why I can smile and cry. Although tomorrow is not a promise to you or I, I can hold on and be assured that in Him I'd be kept safe from all harm... I live because of Him and for this reason I can rest today and look beyond...just because He is...LOVE |
