today, for the first time, i admitted to myself, some of my true feelings. it's hard to handle the depression sometimes especially, when it comes on out of nowhere. sometimes it's just hard to be. the depression has only been a problem the past few years and has often been difficult to understand and tolerate. i don't handle change well and the past few years have been all about change. sometimes it's just hard to be.
