i found out today that i am old i went into one of those teen stores that buy and sell clothes they refused my clothes giving me what could only be an excuse known as a lie.... "we can't accept your clothes..... they won't sell because they're too mature" too MATURE!?!?! TOOOOOO MATURE!!!!!!!! have i aged that much? i looked around the store and noticed several teenage girls with their MOM's was i really that blind? I then looked down at my 5 year old son he was staring up at me with this great big grin on his face. I asked why he was smiling and he replied, "mom, you're a dinosaur." A dinosaur. A DINOSAUR!!!! I really am getting older?!??!! It can't be denial..... I've just truly been unaware that I've aged in the past 10 years. |
