| Yesterday felt like a dream. I don’t know how to explain it. Like we had already met in a previous lifetime.. as though our souls have somehow managed to find a way to reunite again. Like you had a machine that helped you travel in time all for the sake of finding me, of embracing me on that day and at that specific moment. I have heard your voice before; I know it like a lullaby that would send me off to a beautiful dream. Your shadow is no stranger to me just as my hands are not estranged to yours. Yesterday I found a rainbow, and for the first time in a long time my life had felt the warmth of colours… I walked the end of the rainbow knowing that I had already found my pot of gold. I found “you”. |
