I want to take your hand
But i'm scared you'll pull away
If you help me understand
Then i'll help you get away
We can escape to some far off place
Where i'll wipe the sorrow from your face
Put the joy back in your eyes
Slowly erase those painfull lies
I can't promise you that i'll stay forever
But you'll always be safe when we're together
