The force

All these years, 
I was wondering,
what force pulled us,
so close together,
The force was so strong,
It pulled us thru,
It gave us faith,
It gave us strength,
and it gave us hope,
It allowed us to fly,
and all this time,
until this moment,
all we did was, 
take it for granted,
tried to fight it,
but we can't do that anymore,
neither of us, 
we don't have the energy,
so we just allowed it to,
overcome us and enjoy,
that we can be together
Together without fighting or
falling,
admitting defeat and faults,
and telling each other our,
secrets and fantasies,
we know now that the force, 
was love.
