              Tread lightly,sweet people, on heart linings found within,
              Remember the shelter of loved ones and friends,
              that is sought within these walls of silence,
              away from fear, race or violence,
              For each of us, for reasons of our own,
              are in here for one reason, and one reason alone.
              To be heard, to be felt, to listen, to be,
              to share the lonely heart with thee.
              Seek what you want, Believe what you will,
              Love as you need, Be what you feel.

              But be yourself.
