Fall Into My Arms

Fall into my arms,
I'll never let you go.
Tell me, one by one, your secrets,
your wildest thoughts, your deepest desires.

My arms can be your haven,
to feel safe, warm, loved.
Let me kiss the worry from your brow,
or kiss a smile to your lips.

For you, my arms can handle,
your gathering storms,
your lingering doubts,
things you can only whisper in the dark.

They can hold them all,
close, kept secret, private.
Strong enough for your heaviest burden,
yet soft enough for your deepest wishes.

Let the circle of my arms
be a place with no need for defenses.
Let down your guard,
let me play to all your senses.

Once the business of the day
is neatly tucked away,
after all's been said, that you can say,
let my arms ground you in this truth.

No matter what you say or do,
in the circle of my arms,
it is between us and us alone,
never to be used, against me or you.

Fall into each others arms,
together every night.
Learn how to trust.
This love could grow to dizzying heights.

You in my arms.
Me in yours.
Two closed circles.
Each within, the love orbit of the other.
