You can buy these anywhere really.  The soft little squishy balls. 
They fit so snuggly into the palm of your hand. The ones that you squeeze
to relieve tension.  Squeeze.  Relax.  Squeeze. Relax.

Look, some even come in the shape of a miniature globe.  Get one 
like that.  Just think.  The world in the palm of your hand.  I have one.  
Every day, I give it to my beloved.  I give him my world.
