Phantom Dancer

I had a wonderful dream last night
That I was dancing with a phantom
A voice so silent sung softly to my heart
As the music spun around the room
It was a delicate soul that held me
And brought warmth to the lonliness
A vigilant heart that secured me
So I could fall in Love again
But when I awoke all of my happiness
Had been quickly turned away
It had been but a fairy tale dream
Of a nameless faceless man
The comfort of love had faded away
But the memories always stay with me
Someday I do believe I'll find
The caring heart to be my phantom dancer
