Thoughts

As the days draw nearer to our meeting,
Many thoughts go through my mind.
Anticipation of our first looks in each others eyes.

Will you see my feelings for you deep within my eyes.
A feeling that has grown from friendship to love.
A feeling that is so deep within, that I am in
amazement and awe of it each day.

I feel fear, a fear that I won't live up to your
expectations, hopes, dreams you have of me.

Will you live up to my expectations, dreams, and hopes
for a life together.  Is this possible or only a moments
dream that will be dashed in shattered hearts.

Are you willing to hold this amazement of love  and
watch, and nuture it?
Will you have the strength to move forward with our
love?  Or will it only be stolen moments that we may
share?
