Together

Is it possible for two people so close,
so much a part of one another 
that when seperated they feel lost?

So close they lose themselves in a warm embrace.
How strange it is to me lost in your love,
I find myself.  With you, by your side,
I finally feel whole.

When I think of what we share, my chest swells, 
and a light envelopes my being.
For it is in you I find my strenth and all I need. 

No words need be spoken, the light in your eyes, 
and the smiles tell how wonderful we are together.
When together all seems right and my being  is at peace.
