Torn By The Heart

I am torn
Torn by my heart.
So forlorn
Where shall I start?
Torm in two
This is something new.

There is one I love,
Love with all my heart.
I call him my turtledove.
Even though we are so far apart
He is my world, my soul.
'Tis my heart he has stole.

Then on this night
Another has made my heart soar
It fills me with fright
He offers me so much more.
What i feel is hard to describe
I love all the good vibes I feel inside.

My heart is in turmoil
I don't want to choose.
The love of one, I never want to spoil
The love of the second, I never want to lose.
A decision must be made.
But I shall need some aide.

'Tis time to think.
Let the mind take over.
Think hard, heart and mind in sink.
Be rational, Think it over.
Which is the perfect one?
Who shall be my rising sun?

One brightens my day.
HE knows all my strife.
The other chases all my fears away.
The light of my life.
Who is the missing link?
I'm afraid to blink.

One thinks with his heart
Mind, Body and soul, all in one
Joined from the start.
The other thinks of everyone,
A love of nature and seclusion.
I still can't come to a conclusion.

What should I do?
No one should be hurt.
This is all so new.
Is it all just a flirt?
The pain is more than anyone knows.
Now the tears begin to flow.

Both can make me laugh and smile.
Both claim to love me
No matter how far the mile.
What is my decision to be?
I can not decide.
Who shall be at my side?
