Enough
Enough!
She cried.
I did enough.
All I could,
and gave away until
there's nearly nothing left
of me.
She left to start again.
Enough?
They asked.
I have enough.
All I need.
She moved her things,
left most of it behind
with him.
She tried to start again.
Enough?
She cried.
Am I enough?
All I am
is me and yet
I cannot be enough
alone!
She had to start again.
Enough.
She thought.
Should be enough.
I can cope
with life all by myself.
I have my room to live
and grow.
She made her start again.
